INVESTOR DISTRIBUTIONS & REPORTING
- Hyperfast Development sends each Investor a Distribution Package at the end of the year, which includes:
- Distribution Check (Preferred & Excess Distributions) or ACH
- Investment performance update
- Income Statement with variance analysis
- We are constantly updating our reporting based on Investor recommendations and requests. In addition, we offer each Investor the opportunity to go paperless and receive direct ACH payments and emailed reports. We understand the importance of transparency and take pride in providing our Partners with detailed information on their investments.
- For repeat investors, we compile all investments into one Yearly Distribution Package for convenience
- All Hyperfast Development deals are Limited Liability Companies and as such, file an informational Form 1065, U.S. Return of Partnership Income, to report taxable income or loss for each year. Each investor will receive a Schedule K-1 between March 1st and July 31st that reports their distributive share of income or loss from the partnership every year.
- We note that our full time CPA’s are committed to our Investors and are available year-round for consultation.
